What you will experience at Casa Sassone is an atmosphere of complete well-being, which revolves around food, wine and traditions, but which has the perfect culmination in the location. The indisputable charm of a 1600 building and the rooms once used as stables will in fact be the starting point of your stay at Casa Sassone, located in the historic centre of Saluzzo. Barrel vaults, exposed bricks, small wells, a large summer terrace with a herb garden, cellars from other times. These are the spaces that you will find after passing our entrance, which changes its look every four months, representing the alternation of the seasons. Then you will enter the large room which leads to our open kitchen and private rooms. The fresh and composed furnishings, the flowers on each table, lighting and design pieces enrich the location, but above all guide you in an experience dedicated to the dialogue between ancient and modern.

Quella che vivrete a Casa Sassone è un’esperienza di benessere completo, che sicuramente ruota intorno a cibo, vino e tradizioni, ma che ha negli ambienti il perfetto coronamento. Il fascino indiscutibile di un palazzo del 1600 e dei locali un tempo utilizzati come scuderie saranno infatti il punto di partenza della vostra permanenza a Casa Sassone, situata nel centro storico di Saluzzo. Volte a botte, mattoni a vista, piccoli pozzi, una grande terrazza estiva con l’orto delle erbe, cantine d’altri tempi. Questi sono gli spazi che troverete oltrepassata la nostra vetrina, che ogni quattro mesi cambia veste, scandendo l’alternarsi delle stagioni. Oltre, ovviamente, alla grande sala su cui si aprono la cucina a vista e le salette riservate. L’arredamento fresco e composto, i fiori su ogni tavolo, illuminazioni e pezzi di design arricchiscono le location, ma soprattutto un’esperienza all’insegna del dialogo tra antico e moderno.
